Move Well & Feel Strong. A gentle, uplifting class for women, focusing on mobility, flexibility, strength, and low-impact cardio. The average age of our Curve It ladies is 72. Stay active, keep joints healthy, build functional strength, and move with confidence in a supportive, welcoming environment.

A fun, social Saturday morning class designed to get you moving while enjoying the company of others. Most sessions involve 6-minute stations with 3–4 exercises per station, working in small groups of up to four people. Every week brings a different workout, keeping things fresh, challenging, and enjoyable. Suitable for most fitness levels and a great way to improve your strength, fitness, and overall conditioning while starting your weekend with a supportive and motivating group
