    Curve It

    Move Well & Feel Strong. A gentle, uplifting class for women, focusing on mobility, flexibility, strength, and low-impact cardio. The average age of our Curve It ladies is 72. Stay active, keep joints healthy, build functional strength, and move with confidence in a supportive, welcoming environment.

    Core & Restore

    Strengthen your deep core muscles, improve posture and alignment, increase flexibility and ease of movement, restorebalance and vitality. Perfect for anyone wanting a mindful approach to strengthand mobility. Move gently, breathe deeply, and leave feeling restored.

    Blue Brothers (Men Living with Cancer)

    A gentle, supportive class for people living with cancer. Focused on safe movement, strength, mobility, breathing, and relaxation to
    support both physical and mental wellbeing. Adaptable, low-impact, and nurturing - move at your own pace in a caring environment.

    Pick n Mix

    A fun, social Saturday morning class designed to get you moving while enjoying the company of others. Most sessions involve 6-minute stations with 3–4 exercises per station, working in small groups of up to four people. Every week brings a different workout, keeping things fresh, challenging, and enjoyable. Suitable for most fitness levels and a great way to improve your strength, fitness, and overall conditioning while starting your weekend with a supportive and motivating group
